Thank you for posting these drawings for public review. If this is an indication that Pyramid is open to feedback on the plans, I would also encourage you and Pyramid to present them at neighborhood meetings (particularly Gravois Park). As I have discussed in greater detail on my own blog http://15thwardstl.org/taxonomy/term/74, there are several decisions I think should be revisited before the project moves forward. I hope that a better design can be developed because senior housing on this site is a great idea.
