S. Grand Senior Housing Project

Attached you will find a copy of the building design for the S. Grand Senior Housing Project.  The building design is similar to that of the Nuremberger/Duffee Development on South Grand at Shenandoah in the 8th Ward.  They plan to use faux stone and brick for the facade. I am available for any questions you may have.
